Your Personal Data is processed by the internal departments in charge of customer data, customer relations, and marketing. This concerns the marketing, communication, and after-sales service departments. Your Personal Data may also be processed by service providers Cole Haan uses to perform tasks such as parcel delivery or credit card payment processing. 5. Duration of Personal Data retention

Cole Haan retains Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and in compliance with applicable legal or regulatory requirements in force. Personal Data is retained for the following durations:

Data necessary for the management of orders and invoicing: for the entire duration of the commercial relationship and seven (7) years for accounting purposes.
Data necessary for the loyalty programmes and prospecting: for the entire duration of the commercial relationship and three (3) years from the last purchase.
Payment Information: This information is not retained by Cole Haan; it is collected during the transaction and is immediately deleted once the purchase is settled.
Data concerning the lists of opposition to commercial prospecting: three (3) years.

For customers living in France the French Version of the Privacy Policy on the French Website shall apply.
